About the job

As an Associate Financial Advisor within our Private Client Group (PCG), you will play an important dual role in delivering the personalized financial planning and tax services that lay the foundation for everything we do. You will:

Leverage the wealth managers within our market by attending client and prospect meetings and ensuring the completion of resulting action items.
Assist in the delivery of excellent service by managing the team's workflow.
Coordinate efforts between your market team and the Client Service and Operations teams to ensure clients' needs are met.
Assume responsibility for developing financial plans and presenting them to clients, once you've settled into the role.
Support the local Wipfli PCG tax team by preparing individual, fiduciary, and gift tax returns, along with year-end tax planning and estate planning projections.
Respond to inquiries from clients and work with clients to gather necessary information for completion of required tax returns.
Research tax planning opportunities and develop technical competency to support PCG tax team in recommendations to clients.

To land this job, you will need a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. You will have your CPA or be eligible to sit for the CPA exam, have a desire to obtain the CFP designation, as well as have excellent written and oral communication skills.
