Dr. Barry Mulholland is the Financial Planning Program Director at the University of Akron. Prior to this, he was an adjunct instructor at Texas Tech in the Personal Financial Planning Department and earned his Ph.D. in Personal Financial Planning. He also holds the CFP and ChFC designations.
